Vampire Facial® in Manasquan, NJ

Certified Vampire Facial® Provider – Cellular Medicine Association

A personalized approach to skin texture, fine lines and a refreshed appearance.

When your skin looks dull or feels less smooth, it can be difficult to know which treatment fits your needs. At Mirelle Institute for Longevity & Regenerative Medicine, we begin with a conversation about your skin, your goals and the recovery time that works for you.

What Is a Vampire Facial®?

The Vampire Facial® combines microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) prepared from a small sample of your own blood. Microneedling creates controlled, tiny punctures in the skin. PRP contains platelets and their associated growth factors. The combination is used with the aim of supporting improvements in skin appearance, although research on the additional benefit of PRP remains limited.

Which Skin Concerns Can We Discuss?

Your consultation may address uneven texture, selected acne scars, fine lines and changes in overall skin appearance. Suitability depends on your skin condition, health history and expectations. Results vary, and a series of treatments may be discussed.

Vampire Facial® or Vampire Facelift®?

The Vampire Facial® focuses on skin quality through microneedling and PRP. The Vampire Facelift® combines hyaluronic acid filler with platelet-based treatment to address selected facial contour and skin concerns. We can help you understand which approach, if either, fits your goals.

Your Care at Mirelle

Your care is led by Dr. Corina Ianculovici, DNP, FAAMFM, ABAAM-HP, AGNP, a doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner, Cellular Medicine Association faculty member and author of the official CMA manuals for the O-Shot®, P-Shot® and Vampire Facelift®. The certification badge above links to the Vampire Facial® provider directory.

Before recommending treatment, we review your medical history, medications, skin concerns and prior procedures. We discuss alternatives, expected recovery and realistic outcomes. Treatment uses appropriate infection-control practices and a new, single-use microneedling cartridge for each session.

Recovery and Important Considerations

Temporary redness, tenderness, swelling, pinpoint bleeding and peeling may occur. Less common complications include infection, scarring and pigment changes. We provide individualized preparation and aftercare instructions, including sun protection and guidance on when to resume active skincare.

Active skin infections, certain blood or platelet disorders, medications and other medical conditions may affect eligibility. Tell us about cold sores, abnormal scarring and all medicines or supplements you take. Do not stop prescribed medication without guidance from your prescriber.

Evidence for PRP-assisted facial rejuvenation is still evolving. The FDA has not authorized microneedling devices for delivery of PRP into the skin and has not reviewed the safety or effectiveness of that combination. Procedure certification does not establish FDA approval or guarantee results.
