PERSONALIZED CARE. A MORE COMPLETE PICTURE.
Functional Medicine in Manasquan, NJ
Your symptoms deserve time, context, and a thoughtful clinical evaluation.
At Mirelle Institute for Longevity & Regenerative Medicine, we bring your health history, daily habits, symptoms, and clinical findings together to develop an individualized plan. Our clinician-led approach connects functional medicine with metabolic health, hormonal wellness, and long-term healthy aging.
Care that starts with your story
Changes in energy, sleep, digestion, weight, or overall well-being can be frustrating—especially when you do not understand what may be contributing to them. Your consultation begins with listening: what you are experiencing, when it began, what you have already tried, and what matters most to you.
Functional medicine is an approach to evaluating how medical history, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, medications, and other factors may relate to your health. We use that broader context alongside appropriate medical assessment—not a single test or a standardized treatment package.
Areas we can explore together
- Energy and everyday vitality: evaluation of persistent fatigue, changes in stamina, and concerns about recovery.
- Metabolic health and body composition: assessment of weight changes, nutrition, metabolic risk factors, and muscle-preservation goals.
- Hormonal wellness: evaluation of concerns related to perimenopause, menopause, and age-related hormonal changes when appropriate.
- Digestive and nutritional concerns: review of symptoms, dietary patterns, medication use, and potential nutritional gaps.
- Sleep, stress, and lifestyle: practical strategies that fit your routines and health priorities.
- Proactive healthy aging: a personalized review of your health goals and opportunities for ongoing monitoring.
The Mirelle approach
1. Understand your starting point
We review your symptoms, medical and family history, current medications and supplements, available laboratory results, and everyday habits. Bring prior testing and a current medication list so we can make the most of your visit.
2. Choose testing with a purpose
When clinically indicated, recommendations may include conventional laboratory testing, targeted assessments, or body composition analysis. We explain what a test can help evaluate, its limitations, and how the result could influence your care. Not everyone needs an extensive laboratory panel.
3. Build an individualized care plan
Your plan may include nutrition and lifestyle guidance, appropriate supplementation, medication management, or coordination with other clinicians. Hormone therapy and other treatments are considered only after individual evaluation and a discussion of benefits, risks, and alternatives.
4. Reassess and adjust
Follow-up visits provide an opportunity to review results, discuss your response, and refine your plan. We focus on practical changes, clear priorities, and clinical monitoring appropriate to your needs.

Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule a visit if my routine laboratory results were normal?
Yes. A consultation can help place your symptoms and existing results in context. Normal results do not automatically establish the cause of a symptom or mean that additional testing is necessary.
Does every patient receive the same tests or supplements?
No. Recommendations depend on your history, examination when appropriate, current treatments, and clinical priorities. We discuss the purpose of proposed testing and treatment before proceeding.
Does functional medicine replace my other medical care?
Your care may include coordination with your primary care clinician or specialists. Continue prescribed treatment unless your treating clinician advises a change. Some concerns require specialist assessment or urgent evaluation.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring recent laboratory reports, a list of medications and supplements with doses, relevant medical records, and a short summary of your symptoms and goals.
